How to Submit a Complaint

You may submit a complaint through either of the following channels:

What Information to Include

To help us resolve your complaint efficiently, please provide:

• Any supporting documentation

Our Complaint Resolution Process

1. Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 2 business days.
2. Investigation: A designated member of our team will investigate your complaint thoroughly, reviewing all relevant information and consulting with appropriate staff members.
3. Resolution: We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. If additional time is needed, we will inform you of the delay and provide an estimated timeframe for resolution.
4. Response: You will receive a formal response addressing your concerns and detailing any actions taken to resolve the issue.
5. Appeal: If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may request that your complaint be escalated to senior management for further review.
